The SMSBOX online phone book is your central place for contact management: you store all your SMS contacts there, organise them into unlimited groups and import or export them via Excel (XLSX). When sending, you simply pick a group instead of individual numbers.
Your contacts are stored GDPR-compliant on Belgian servers and remain your property. The phone book is the foundation for sending SMS online via SMSBOX and works seamlessly with personalized SMS.

Importing contacts in 3 steps
- Prepare the .xlsx with a mobile column — Put your contacts in an Excel file (.xlsx) with a "mobile" column for the mobile number.
- Upload and choose the target group — Upload the file in your phone book and choose the group the contacts should go into.
- Select the group when sending — When sending, simply select the group instead of individual numbers.
One shared phone book for your team
Working with several colleagues or departments? Share one central phone book via subaccounts: the main account manages the contacts and groups, subaccounts use them read-only when sending. Everyone works with the same, up-to-date list.
Filled automatically via Microsoft Entra ID
With the Entra ID sync, SMSBOX reads your users and groups from Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) automatically as SMS contacts. New employees appear in your phone book by themselves — manual imports are no longer needed.
