Become an SMSBOX partner
Do you install or manage SMSBOX for your customers? Become a partner. You get your own partner link and earn commission for 24 months on the online orders of every new customer you bring in.
The partner program is meant for web agencies, IT service providers, software vendors, integrators and accounting or consultancy firms that use SMS with their customers. You follow up your commission and the customers you brought in from your own SMSBOX account.
Who can become a partner?
You bring in new customers
The program is for those who use our products with their customers. Only new customers count: existing JAAN customers and your own orders are not eligible.
A company with a VAT number
Participation is reserved for companies with a valid VAT number, subject to approval by JAAN. Your commission is paid out on invoice.
Your own SMSBOX account
Your partner status is linked to your own account. That is where you find your partner ID, the customers you brought in, your level and the commission you have built up.
How does the partner program work?
1.Apply
Contact us with your company details and your VAT number. Once we have approved your application, we activate partner status on your account.
2.Share your partner link
You get a personal partner ID. Add ?aff= followed by that ID to any page, for example the pricing page, and share that link with your customers.
3.Your customer signs up
When a new customer creates an account through your link, they are automatically linked to your partner account. A customer belongs to one partner. The link must be in place before their first order: existing customers cannot be linked afterwards.
4.Commission for 24 months
On every paid online order from a linked customer, you earn commission: a percentage of the amount the customer pays, excl. VAT and after discounts. This runs for 24 months from their first paid order. An order counts 30 days after the payment has been received. You follow everything up under Partner program in your account.
5.Quarterly payout
Your commission becomes payable as soon as you reach 5 active customers and €1,000 in collected revenue over the past 12 months. We pay out quarterly from €100 excl. VAT: you get a statement in your account and invoice us for that amount, quoting the statement number. A credit on your own JAAN invoices is also possible.
6.More customers, higher commission
From 10 active customers and €3,000 in collected revenue you become Partner+ and get 25% on top of the commission table. From 25 active customers and €10,000 you become Partner Pro, with 50% on top. The level is recalculated every quarter over the past 12 months.

Prices excl. VAT. The percentage applies to the amount the customer pays, after discounts. We may change the commission table; a change applies to orders from the date of publication.
